Proportionality of potential and resources

The ultimate responsibility, of a person in ministry before God, does not consist of the amount of potential and resources they have for the completion of their mission; it consists of how diligent and persistent they are. Everyone will need to give an account, and it won’t be for what they were lacking, but for what they had in their possession. With God’s facilitation of ministry no one is left bound by limitations, because talents are given to everyone according to their own ability. “And to one He gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, each according to his own ability.” (Matthew 25:15 NKJV)
