To believe in promises or in Love

“He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” (NKJV Rom. 8:32)

Then why do I fear? Why do I grab by Your promises more than by Your Love? What’s going on with me? I want to trust Love absolutely but It’s sovereign and It scares me. Does it mean I am not perfect in Love? Since “perfect love casts out fear”.
